SDE IV (QA)

Responsibilities:

• Accelerate engineering: Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools for test authoring, framework code, test data, and debugging.
• Improve QA workflows: Generate and maintain tests from requirements, summarize failures, triage flaky tests, review code, and scaffold repeatable boilerplate.
• Adopt AI responsibly: Establish useful prompts, patterns, review controls, and guardrails; measure productivity and coverage gains without compromising rigor.

Requirements:

• Programming: Strong Java skills in the Spring Boot ecosystem and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for robust automation engineering.
• Web automation: Deep hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or comparable browser automation at a production scale.
• Services and messaging: Proven testing of microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous architectures using SNS/SQS or Kafka/RabbitMQ equivalents.
• Cloud and containers: Experience testing AWS workloads on ECS, EKS, and Lambda, with Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.
• Delivery systems: Strong CI/CD knowledge, pipeline integration, quality gates, UNIX/Linux fundamentals, and scripting ability.
• API and performance: Experience with REST-assured, Postman, or equivalent API tools plus performance/load and resilience testing.
• Leadership mindset: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, mentoring capability, and confidence driving quality decisions in fast-moving teams.
• AI coding assistants: Hands-on use of LLM tools with sound judgment about automation, validation, privacy, and where human review remains essential.

Nice-to-Have:

• Contract testing: Pact, Spring Cloud Contract, consumer-driven contracts, and API compatibility governance.
• Platform tooling: Terraform or CloudFormation, plus CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar observability platforms.
• Regulated domains: Identity verification, KYC/AML, security-sensitive platforms, or other compliance-heavy environments.
• AI-powered products: Experience building or testing LLM/AI features or integrating AI into automation and CI/CD workflows.
