Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain software applications in alignment with project requirements.
• Task Execution: Take ownership of assigned tasks and support tickets, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, and ensure all code is properly documented.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to design and implement new features.
• Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs.
• Documentation: Assist in developing and updating technical documentation and user manuals.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• CS Fundamentals: Strong foundational knowledge of core Computer Science concepts (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks).
• Programming Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on capability in at least one programming language. Note: Python and Rust are highly preferred, but exceptional candidates who meet all other requirements are strongly encouraged to apply regardless of their primary language.
• Essential Tools Concepts: Solid understanding of Version Control (Git), Databases (DB), and SQL.
• Development Practices: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic programming tools/environments.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to debugging and troubleshooting.
