Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll take responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and quality standards. Develop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features. Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership. Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function. Builds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences. Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations. Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.
Responsibilities
- Navigate to URL to fetch jobAgentic System Architecture: Design autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks.
- Youll implement sophisticated retrieval logic (hybrid search, semantic re-ranking) to ensure the AI has the exact context it needs.
- API Development: Develop high-concurrency, asynchronous microservices using FastAPI.
- Ensure low latency for streaming responses and handle heavy inferencing loads.
- Guardrails Security: Implement deterministic control layers (Guardrails) to sanitize inputs and validate outputs, ensuring the AI adheres to safety guidelines and business logic.
- Data Vector Management: Architect efficient schemas in MongoDB for transactional data and manage high-dimensional vector embeddings in databases like Milvus.
- Search Optimization: Tune search algorithms, moving beyond simple cosine similarity to implement hybrid strategies (Sparse + Dense vectors) for optimal retrieval accuracy.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
- Should have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightening, integration etc and project implementation methodology.
- Should have good work experience on Sales cloud or Service cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing cloud or Industry clouds.
- Knowledge on Heroku and e-commerce will be a plus.
- Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
- Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience.
- Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
- Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
- Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
- Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.
Experience
- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
- At least 3-4 end to end SFDC implementation experience.
- Work Experience: 6-8 years.
