About the Role We're looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer II (Frontend) to help build the next generation of enterprise applications. You'll play a key role in designing and developing scalable frontend systems while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver production-ready features with speed and quality. This is an opportunity to work on complex business platforms, influence frontend architecture, and contribute to products used across multiple enterprise domains.
What You'll Do
- Design and build production-ready, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using modern web technologies.
- Develop reusable UI components and shared design patterns that accelerate product development.
- Architect frontend systems from the ground up with scalability, maintainability, and performance in mind.
- Set engineering standards for responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features quickly.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards across the team.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and product planning.
- Continuously improve development workflows, tooling, and engineering productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Experience developing enterprise business applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Excellent understanding of scalable frontend architecture and modern application design patterns.
- Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Experience building performant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of component-driven development and state management.
- Ability to take ownership of features from concept through production.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for innovation and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
