SDE (Fullstack)

We're looking for a Full-stack Developer who enjoys building products from start to finish. You'll work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into working, reliable software. You'll handle the full lifecycle: backend APIs, frontend interfaces, cloud deployment, and monitoring. This role suits someone who learns quickly, takes ownership, and wants to see their work used by real people.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack products end-to-end.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and Django.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Own features from design and implementation to production.
• Write clean, unit-tested, production-ready code and review others' code.
• Resolve production issues with a strong focus on reliability and user impact.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to roll out products.
• Use AI coding agents to speed up development and build agentic features.
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools and technologies as needs change.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Solid experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of relational databases and query optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Proven track record of shipping products from concept to production.
• Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to adopt new technologies.
