SDE 3 (Backend)

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on backend development experience.
• Experience building, operating, and scaling production backend systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and common system design patterns.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of databases, caching, queues, and messaging systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, collaboration, and end-to-end ownership.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on AI products or LLM-powered applications.
• Exposure to real-time communication systems, including voice, video, or RTC.
• Open-source contributions or involvement in engineering communities.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products.
