SDE 3 - Backend

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and system design.
• Hands-on experience building production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, LangGraph/LangChain, MCP, or vector databases.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience building scalable backend services, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing production systems with a focus on scalability and performance.

Preferred:

• Experience with LLM evaluation, inference optimization, embeddings, semantic search, or fine-tuning.
• Prior experience building AI platforms, intelligent agents, or enterprise AI solutions.
• A bachelor's/master's degree from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS) is preferred.
