What You'll Do

• Build and scale high-quality Android applications used by millions of customers.
• Own complex technical problems end-to-end, from design and architecture to implementation and production.
• Drive technical architecture for large-scale features and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Solve problems around performance, scalability, reliability, and app stability.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, Data, and other engineering teams.
• Conduct design/code reviews and mentor engineers, raising the technical bar across the team.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience building Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture, lifecycle, concurrency, memory management, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack, Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, ViewModel, Room, and WorkManager.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, networking, Retrofit/OkHttp, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience building large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and clean architecture.
• Experience with modular, maintainable, and testable codebases.
• Experience debugging and solving production performance, stability, and scalability issues.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
