Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend components
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models
• Own backend features end-to-end from development to production
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Debug production issues and improve system reliability and performance
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Improve backend architecture, scalability, observability, and performance
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
• SDE 2 - Backend Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and scaling backend systems using Node.js.
• The role involves building reliable APIs and services, working with databases and distributed systems, and taking end-to-end ownership of backend features in a fast-paced product environment.
