Contribute across QuickShift's platform from your first week, with clear ownership of features and modules in one of three engineering pods.

What you'll own

• Features end-to-end across Node.js / TypeScript backend, React frontend, and integration surfaces with courier and OMS partners.
• Small modules with clear ownership, reviewed by a senior engineer.
• Code review responsibility within your first 90 days.

Who we're looking for

• 1-3 years of production engineering experience.
• Working proficiency in both PHP (Laravel) and Node.js / TypeScript.
• React on the frontend; SQL fundamentals.
• Strong CS fundamentals data structures, algorithms, systems thinking.
• AI-first from day one — Cursor, Claude, or Copilot as default development environment.
• Evidence of building beyond coursework — side projects, open-source contributions, or production work.
• Strong educational foundation or an equivalent demonstrated track record.
