SDE - 1 (Full - Stack)

We're looking for full-stack developers to help us build and grow Instahyre. Please go through the role and expectations below to decide whether you would be interested in joining our mission to build the world's best recruitment tool.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in full-stack experience using Django and Javascript
• Good knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Strong fundamental knowledge of computer systems and web systems
• Strong work ethic
• A high level of maturity and responsibility

What you will do:

• Build full-stack features across backend, frontend and deployment
• Design scalable APIs and application architecture
• Optimize performance, reliability and user experience
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship quality features

This role is 5 days working, along with one non-working day in a month where you'll be assigned on-call duties to monitor and fix any critical bugs.

Your first 3 months will be a probationary period during which we will evaluate whether you are a very high performer or not, and retain you permanently only if you are.
