- Onboard new supply chain partners (OEMs, ODMs, Rack Integrators, VMIs) onto SC.os
- Build and implement EDI and ERP integrations for new vendors
- Manage partner-side integration testing
- Drive go-live for new feed types
- Develop repeatable onboarding playbooks
- Conduct partner technical enablement sessions
- Own health, reliability, and continuous improvement of all active vendor integrations
- Manage feed health across Inventory, Manufacturing, Shipments, and Assets domains
- Resolve data quality issues and maintain SLA compliance
- Perform SLA miss triage and escalation
- Maintain end-to-end feed health visibility across all integrated partners
