Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery expertise and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive Agile practices and ensure timely sprint delivery.
• Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and team accountability.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
