Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  
• Coach teams on agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop a clear understanding of business needs.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members, customers, and other stakeholders through regular meetings and progress updates.
  
• Identify areas for improvement within the development process and implement changes to increase velocity.
