Scrum Master – Solutions Project Team

Location: Pune

Job Summary

• Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
• Guide teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Coaching

• Promote Agile values, principles, and Scrum best practices.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
• Support self-organizing, high-performing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.
  
  

Scrum Delivery Management

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Support Release Planning and PI Planning activities.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure sprint goals and project milestones are met.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate with Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams.
• Enable effective communication between business and technical teams.
  
  

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, track, and resolve delivery impediments.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Escalate critical concerns when needed.
  
  

Reporting & Governance

• Provide sprint and project status updates.
• Track Agile metrics and team performance.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities.
• Maintain transparency through Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
