Position Summary
We are seeking a certified SAFe Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams within a scaled enterprise environment. You will facilitate Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies, eliminate blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ceremony Facilitation: Lead PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Team Coaching: Empower cross-functional teams to self-organize, manage backlogs, and improve delivery velocity.
- Blocker Removal: Identify, track, and eliminate team impediments and external dependencies.
- Enterprise Alignment: Coordinate with RTEs and Product Owners to align team deliverables with the Agile Release Train (ART).
Key Requirements
- Certification: Active SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience in a SAFe environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Agile management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
