Scrum Master (13 Years Experience)

We're looking for a proactive and open-minded Scrum Master to help Agile teams deliver quality outcomes through effective sprint execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Drive sprint planning, estimation, and capacity management for realistic delivery
• Foresee potential challenges early and proactively resolve them before they impact team progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve visibility and alignment
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and software development concepts
• Hands-on experience with sprint planning, estimation, and impediment removal
• Ability to anticipate risks and drive proactive resolution
• Open-minded and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools
• Interest in leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work
