Scrum Master

Job Role : Agile Scrum Master

Location : Hyderabad.

Exp : 10+yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove team impediments, manage scope changes, and improve team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Support PI Planning, including capacity planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and PI Objectives.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks using the ROAM framework.
• Coordinate with Release Managers, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth releases.
• Ensure compliance with Definition of Done (DoD), release readiness, testing, and deployment processes.
• Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and burndown.
• Facilitate post-release retrospectives and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in Scrum Master / Agile Coach roles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PI Planning, dependency management, and release coordination.

Certifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe certification
