Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective communication among team members.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources.
• Identify and mitigate impediments that hinder progress towards project goals.
• Ensure compliance with agile principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience facilitating meetings such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
