Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder project progress.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., SAFe).

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in software development or related field.
• Strong understanding of Kanban boards and ability to create visual representations of work items.
• Experience with Safe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology or similar frameworks.
