Role Summary
The Scrum Master provides experienced Agile delivery leadership across the program, establishing and sustaining effective Scrum and Kanban practices. The role facilitates Agile ceremonies, coaches teams and stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and drives continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum and Kanban ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, showcases).
- Coach delivery teams, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile ways of working.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery flow across squads.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Support leadership with prioritisation, sprint planning, and delivery governance.
- Track and report team performance using Agile metrics.
