Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and product owners through regular meetings and status updates.
• Analyze project metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in an Agile environment using Scrum framework.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience working on software development projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
