About this role
Job Title: Scrum Master Agile / SAFe
Experience: 3-9 years
Location: Pune
Job Description:
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices for development teams in a SAFe environment.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support Agile transformation and scaled Agile delivery initiatives.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies and track delivery risks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and technical project delivery.
- Basic understanding of Azure Cloud, CI/CD, ETL and Data Analytics environments.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Shell or PowerShell for automation is preferred.
- Candidates with prior Software Development or DevOps experience will be preferred.
Education: Any Bachelor's degree / B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA or equivalent.
