Scrum Master

Job responsibilities :-

Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, story decomposition, capacity planning, and track Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Throughput) using JIRA and Figma. Implement SAFe practices, leading PI Planning, ART sync, Scrum of Scrums, and managing cross-team dependencies.

Oversee project budget management, effort baselines, tool/cloud cost tracking, scope variance, and ROI analysis.

Coordinate daily with DevOps, QA, and Dev teams to support CI/CD pipelines across environments.

Leverage prior background as a QA Manager (managing 20+ offshore resources) to drive software quality standards.

SAFe Scrum Master Certification Mandatory.
