Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.

Job Requirements :
- 7-20 years of experience in software development or related field.
- Strong understanding of Java programming language and Node.js developer skills are required; React JS developer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Scrum environments using Jira or similar tools; familiarity with Confluence for documentation purposes.
