Position Summary
We are seeking aScrum Masterwho combines strong technical acumen with exemplary leadership and process management skills with Health care background. The ideal candidate will drive planning and execution of large-scale software development/maintenance projects, ensure agile best practices, and deliver high-quality products/service on time and within budget. You will be responsible for cross-functional team facilitation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Project Management
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex
software projects (e.g., Unifi Agent). Develope and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business
and technical requirements. Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity. Scrum MasterAgile Delivery Facilitate allScrumceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
Technical Leadership
Understand architectural principles, software requirements, and solution design to guide teams and resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to ensure technical excellence and adherence to standards. Process Orientation Continuous Improvement
Design, implement, and optimize project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Standardize documentation, reporting, and communication practices across projects.
Qualifications
bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in software
development or IT infrastructure. 3+ years of experience as aScrum Masteror Agile Coach in a
technical environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and
DevOps practices.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-platform software projects
(Windows/Linux, cloud/on-premises).
Technical proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., .NET Core, REST APIs, cloud
services, CI/CD tools).

Certifications (Preferred)
CertifiedScrum
Master(CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
PMP
certification is a plus.
Technical
certifications (Microsoft, AWS, etc.) preferred.
