Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of overall experience and at least 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster self-organizing, high-performing teams.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAFe and PI Planning.
• Drive PI Planning preparation, team breakouts, dependency identification, risk management and PI objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, Architects and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment across teams.
• Track and remove impediments, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and support continuous improvement.
• Monitor Agile metrics and delivery progress, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices and help teams continuously improve their ways of working.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong practical experience in SAFe.
• Hands-on experience in PI Planning is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles and ceremonies.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.

Preferred: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, PSM or equivalent certification.
