Scrum Master + Software developer (JAVA/ React.js/Node.js)

Role & responsibilities

Job description-

Facilitate Agile delivery across product and engineering teams building digital services and instrument software. Coach teams on Agile best practices and remove impediments to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices; foster continuous improvement.
  
• Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
  
• Identify and remove impediments to team delivery.
  
• Track sprint metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
  
• Help scale Agile practices across multiple teams as needed.
  
• Relevant experience in software development in any backend/frontend technologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in software product teams.
  
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  
• Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts.
  
• Ability to understand the scope of the project and efforts needed (to be able to challenge the efforts estimated by team)
