Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery team and drive successful execution of enterprise-scale Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Scrum, SAFe Agile, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), stakeholder management, and coaching globally distributed teams . • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Lead and support

SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) activities including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt Workshops, and System Demos.

• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove team impediments, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and foster effective collaboration.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics including Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, Throughput, Predictability, and Team Health.
• Support release planning, UAT, production deployments, and release readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain Agile documentation, dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics using Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous process improvements across teams. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications ✔ 5–8 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments ✔ Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) ✔ Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies ✔ Hands-on experience supporting

SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) ✔ Experience with:

• PI Planning
• Dependency Management
• Capacity Planning
• Inspect & Adapt Workshops
• System Demos ✔ Strong servant leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills ✔ Experience managing globally distributed onshore/offshore Agile teams ✔ Expertise with Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills ✔ Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management, and Software Delivery Lifecycle ✔ Experience working with enterprise application, Salesforce, cloud, or digital product teams 🔹 Tools & Technologies
