Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of product enhancements in a complex technology environment. The role requires strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, project management, stakeholder management, sprint governance, risk and issue management, and cross-functional team coordination.

The individual will be responsible for driving successful project delivery, removing impediments, coordinating resources, managing customer communication and ensuring that project milestones and quality expectations are achieved. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with customer stakeholders, senior management, technical teams and product teams.

Candidates should have 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles, along with a Scrum Master Certification. Airline domain experience is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of overall project execution, delivery and successful completion of project commitments.
• Manage day-to-day project and sprint delivery activities across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Scrum practices and help remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
• Ensure project teams remain aligned, functional and focused on agreed priorities and milestones.
• Coordinate prioritization between architectural changes and user-story development.
• Facilitate senior management reviews and provide regular project status updates.
• Coordinate project review and sign-off processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project communications, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Identify project risks proactively and collaborate with customer stakeholders on mitigation and resolution.
• Execute change-management controls and procedures in coordination with the customer.
• Manage project resources and coordinate resource availability to support delivery commitments and deadlines.
• Drive effective communication and coordination between customer, technical and cross-functional teams.
• Establish and implement QA processes to ensure deliverable quality and achievement of project milestones.
• Manage project activities covering scope management, issue tracking and resolution, change management, status reporting, QA and deliverable auditing.
• Track and monitor Sprint metrics to maintain visibility into project execution and delivery.
• Support Agile/Scrum practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders to support effective decision-making and project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
• Experience in Sprint Management and Agile Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience in project risk, issue and change management.
• Strong resource coordination and project governance skills.
• Experience with QA processes and deliverable quality management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
