Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and product owners through regular meetings and status updates.
• Analyze project metrics to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., project management).
• Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
• Proven track record in facilitating Agile methodologies like Scrum.
