Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
Track Agile metrics such as Sprint Velocity, Burndown Charts, and team performance.
Identify, resolve, and escalate project impediments when required.
Manage project budgeting, costing, financial tracking, and expenditure monitoring.
Track actual vs. planned budgets and provide financial status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Project Management teams to align delivery with financial objectives.
Perform resource planning, capacity planning, and forecasting while considering budget constraints.
Identify budget-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining budget compliance.
Handle stakeholder communication and escalation management effectively.
