Scrum Master / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are looking for someone who can step in and take immediate ownership of:
• Agile Mastery: Champion Scrum and Kanban principles, expertly using JIRA for backlogs, and leading requirement gathering (user stories/wireframes).
• Strategic Coordination: Expert in multiple team Coordination, defining the software release plan and scope with platform leads.
• Data-Driven Delivery: Apply data-driven analysis skills to track metrics, measure performance, and effectively translate bi-weekly scrum reports for broader audiences.
• Facilitation Excellence: Leverage excellent communication and interpersonal skills to keep all stakeholders engaged and focused.

Requirements

• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the product life cycle (methodologies, design, and implementation).
• Communication and Facilitation: Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven team player, with expertise in multiple team coordinations and fostering a collaborative environment.
