Scripting Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Experience with using Perl on Linux environment
• Develop Perl scripts and modules for various applications.
• Experience with Perl frameworks (e.g., Mojolicious, Catalyst), Java, XML is a plus
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Test and debug Perl applications.
• Integrate Perl applications with external APIs.
• Core Back-end Programming involving primarily collections and file handling
• Debugging and understanding existing applications and enhancing them
• Provide QA and Production Support for developed modules
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in JIRA, Xray, Git, or other relevant test management/version control tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
