Screening Analyst

Were Hiring: Customer Service Associates (Freshers & Up to 1 Year Experience)!

Were looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

Eligibility: minimum 6 month exp.

• OR up to 1 year of experience in customer service
  

Requirements:

• Personal laptop with Intel i5 processor (or equivalent)
  
• Stable internet connection
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• Ability to work night shifts (US Shifts)
  

Job Type: Screening Agent

Location: Permanent Remote (Work from Home)

Salary Package: Up to 2.5 LPA

Be Considered, You Should Have:

• Exposure to UK or US customer base (preferred)
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Ability to stay organised and work well under pressure
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent time management
  
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn
