Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials while meeting cost, quality, inventory, and delivery objectives.
Plan and manage material requirements, production schedules, inventory levels, and logistics activities to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time material availability for new product launches and ongoing production. Monitor supplier delivery performance, inventory levels, and supply chain KPIs, implementing corrective actions to mitigate shortages and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Coordinate demand planning, production planning, and capacity planning to align customer requirements with supplier capabilities.
Manage supplier schedules, delivery commitments, and material flow to achieve production and customer delivery targets.
