Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Sensitech supply chain monitoring and visibility solutions.
• Monitor and analyze shipment data, temperature excursions, and logistics performance metrics.
• Manage cold chain and transportation monitoring processes to ensure compliance and product quality.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
• Investigate shipment deviations and perform root cause analysis for logistics-related issues.
• Configure alerts, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms within Sensitech platforms.
• Support integration of Sensitech solutions with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards for transportation and storage.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and validation activities.
• Train business users on Sensitech applications and best practice
