About this role
Job Purpose
- Supply Chain Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the companys overall logistics and supply chain strategy and operations, in order to maximize efficiency and productivity of processes.
Roles Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Define key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest process improvement solutions
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely solutions
- Train and evaluate other team members
- Work with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to determine the best suppliers and distributors
Qualifications
- MBA, 1 to 4 years of experience in international logistics. Experience in pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation. Knowledge of Customs, GST, and EXIM. Experience in managing overseas stock points and multi-location inventory
