Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Product Data Hub (PDH) Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of product master data solutions. The consultant will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to streamline item, product, supplier, and related master-data processes across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for product master data management and related SCM processes.
Design and configure Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub, including item classes, item attributes, attribute groups, templates, catalogs, lifecycle phases, and change orders.
Configure and support item creation, approval workflows, product information management, and data governance processes.
Define data standards, validations, and controls to ensure master-data quality, consistency, and compliance.
Support integration of PDH with Oracle Fusion modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Planning.
Collaborate with integration and technical teams on REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher, and data migration activities.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
Lead conference room pilots, SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production go-live support.
Provide functional support for PDH enhancements, issue resolution, change requests, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
Advise stakeholders on Oracle Fusion best practices for product master data governance and operational efficiency.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub configuration, including:
Item classes, item attributes, attribute groups, and templates
Item rules, validations, and lifecycle management
Item and change order workflows
Item catalogs, trading partner items, and product information management
Item import/export and bulk data maintenance
Good understanding of SCM business processes, including inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and order management.
Experience with Oracle Fusion data conversion and integration tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, SOAP services, and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting is desirable.
Strong stakeholder-management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
