Scm Planning Manager, production planning

Production planning 3 months forecast:

Preparing the production plan of both the factories looking into the Market requirement & also keeping in mind the capacity availability based on no of working days of month.

The preparation of Production plan is based on priorities or as per stock situation of particular SKU in the market.

 Agreement of the production plan with the factory planner looking into RM & PM alignment.

Sharing the Production plan with all stakeholders is done by Factory Planner.

Procurement follow up monthly & weekly wise plan:

ETA shared by procurement Team based on the production plan.

 Based on ETA doing the forward integration so that does the ETA shared by procurement Team is meeting the expectations of daily production plan

Highlighting the Risk of RM & PM to procurement Team so that Risk can be minimized by preponing the RM & PM.

Based on the connectivity dates of RM & PM if production plan (daily schedule) needs to be changed then to coordinate with factory planner.

Based on weekly plan RM & PM and any critical material follow-up.

Every month end material follow-up based on next month plan as per Priority.

Checking the material availability if in case of urgent requirement of Extra Sales.

 

 

Daily Production plan vs actual output tracking and getting the confirmation from plant side for Reasons of shortages:

Daily Received Production plan vs actual Report from both the Plants. As per factory confirmation Plan and daily Received plan compared and get a confirmation from plant side Remarks.

Highlighting the Plan changed and shortage of Daily Production Plan.

Highlighting the reaching the sales Demand plan for the both the plants.

Prepare the documentations for S & OP meeting:

Prepare the required Documentation and PPT for S & OP meeting.

Prepare the reports of S & OP meeting.

To provide support to SCM Head for day today activities

o Data entry for tracking the monthly & factory wise performance

 

Daily Tracking & Reporting:

Daily tracking of Plan Vs Achievement

Daily reporting to Senior Management the Plan Vs Achievement

Daily tracking the RM & PM availability against the plant wise shortages which has arrived as per the Daily receipt received from Factory Stores.

 

Weekly Tracking:

Plan Vs Achievement:

The tracing of Plan Vs Achievement – Factory wise & then highlighting the shortfall to Factory Managers & SCM Head

Material RM & PM availability & Plan confirmation

To Check along with Plant & procurement Team & then give confirmation to Top Mgt. for weekly plan adherence

 

 

New Product / Transformation plan

 

The initial timelines for each department are made by R & D Department

The FG code creation is taken forward with Marketing department, Factory Team , R & D Team , Finance Team & approval from MD.

The coordination is done between SCM , Procurement & Factory Team & R & D department for date of production

The change of any SKU wise schedule ( based on delay in connectivity of any other issue ) , coordination & finally intimation to Sales Team

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Partner Brand- Purchase & inventory management

 

 

FG simulation is prepared for partner Brand with remarks & cumulative PO sharing with following Brands with below timelines.

Based on FG simulation - coordination with Partner Brand for preponing the stocks so that it is made available for Sales & cater to same month requirement.

Weekly stock situation - Stock situation CFA wise is monitored every week along with Officer - Partner Brand.

Inter CFA transfer- Based on stock situation & shelf life the decision of inter CFA transfer is decided in accordance with Head Partner Brand .

Follow up for 3P CFA expiry data with concerned team to take action on expiry stocks
