SCM - Oracle Fusion Demand Management Lead - Automotive

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Demand Management Lead to drive implementation for an automotive client, translating business requirements into effective demand planning and forecasting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Demand Management.
• Design forecasting processes for vehicles, spare parts, and aftermarket demand, addressing seasonality, promotions, and product lifecycles.
• Define integrations with ERP, sales, inventory, and supply planning systems.
• Own forecast accuracy measures, business validation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver the implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management implementation experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in statistical forecasting, demand segmentation, and forecast accuracy analysis.
• Experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing supply chains.
• Good to have - Experience on Release management/OEM EDI forecast release process and processing through production, production scheduling process and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning, S&OP, and automotive aftermarket planning.
