Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement operations across EPC, MEP, Industrial, Pharma, and Semiconductor projects. The role will be responsible for procurement strategy, OEM sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, supply chain risk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Manage OEM procurement for MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Process Utility, and Cleanroom systems.
• Lead vendor development, qualification, and performance management.

• Manage long-lead equipment planning and procurement schedules.
• Drive commercial negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Ensure procurement compliance, documentation, and ERP governance.

• Monitor supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead and mentor procurement teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement preferred.
• 15+ years of Supply Chain & Procurement experience.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong exposure to EPC, MEP, Pharma, Semiconductor, or Industrial projects.

• Expertise in OEM procurement, vendor management, contract negotiations, and ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
