SCM Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SCM professional with strong expertise in Civil Procurement for Solar EPC projects, including MMS (Module Mounting Structure) procurement and service contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of civil materials and services for large-scale solar projects.
• Handle procurement of MMS / Module Mounting Structures and related components.
• Manage civil procurement such as structural steel, cement, aggregates, concrete, construction materials and other project requirements.
• Handle service contracts, subcontracting and work orders for project execution.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors/subcontractors.
• Negotiate rates, commercial terms, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, QA/QC, Finance and Stores teams for timely material/service availability.
• Ensure procurement is aligned with project timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
• Conduct vendor negotiations, rate comparisons, PO/WO finalization and follow-up.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and commercial commitments.
