SCM Functional Consultant - D365 Finance & Operations

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) SCM Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in D365 F&O/AX, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to gather business requirements, configure modules, and support end-to-end ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)/AX implementation and support projects.
• Deliver 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/AX.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Configure and implement D365 F&O SCM modules, including:
• Product Information Management
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Production Control
• Transportation Management
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and User Stories.
• Define test scenarios, execute functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with Power BI, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Ensure best practices are followed during implementation and support activities.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)/AX.
• Strong functional knowledge of all Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules in D365 F&O.
• Experience in 2–3 end-to-end D365 F&O/AX implementations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Experience working with Power BI, Excel-based reporting, and API-driven integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Business Process Modeler (BPM)
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate must be currently working or have worked with a Microsoft Dynamics implementation/IT services company.
