SCIP Consultant-Project Manager

Job Description: SCIP Consultant (Project Manager)- 1 Year Contract

Purpose of the Role:

The role is responsible to support execution of assigned project(s) to achieve the quality, cost and timeline. This role would also need to achieve targets through Gen4 NPI (Agile way) process by coordinating with core group and extended team.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management :

• Management of assigned projects and ensure the execution is done on timely basis.
• Execute the development of the programs using Gen4 Process.
• Liaise with teams for Purchase Orders, facility readiness, vehicle roll out and BITS resolution
• Follow up and coordinate with core group and extended team for project status and concerns raised
• DMU, MBOM study / PMXU scope with ECN. Co-ordination with planning, P&SQ to ensure parts developments to deliver projects on time.
• Lead ILMCV VCs from concept to vehicle dispatches by integrating requirements of marketing, quality, ERC and other stake holders in plant.
• Participate in ICR activities, benchmarking, QFD and VOC capturing.
• Ensure modularity and commonality in new projects
• Meeting new product launches as per schedule published by marketing
• Maintain capex and revenue and other budget requirements

Review and Documentation :

• Organize and coordinate program reviews and maintain the tracking system.
• Maintain documentation pertaining to project status and deliverables
• Collate data for Risk assessment and ensure timely escalation through review governance process
• Collate data to monitor the progress against milestone criteria as well as PAT / PALS
• Prepare and maintain program direction letter using the standardized templates.
• Organize and ensure the readiness for review governance as per defined process.
