Scientist

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in coatings, paints, resins, or allied chemical industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate coating formulations using knowledge of coatings, resins, and curing chemistries.
• Prepare paint samples, conduct panel preparation, testing, and performance evaluation as per product specifications.
• Analyze test results, provide technical recommendations, and support project execution to achieve timelines and milestones.
• Assist manufacturing with alignment batches and provide technical support for product launches, troubleshooting, and customer requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions, supplier/customer meetings, and present project updates to internal teams.
• Maintain laboratory safety standards, 5S practices, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Paint Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Diploma in Paint Technology.
