Role Description The School Teacher Cum Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar, India. This role involves planning and delivering effective lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting students academic and personal growth. The professional will oversee day-to-day school operations related to teaching, student discipline, and coordination with other staff members. Responsibilities include organizing assessments, maintaining records, communicating with parents and guardians, and contributing to extracurricular and character-building initiatives. The role also requires participating in staff meetings, training programs, and school events to support continuous improvement and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to instruct in an English medium environment.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and outcome-focused learning experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
