Role & responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the school.
• Ensure effective planning and implementation of academic activities.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student development.
• Guide, mentor, and develop teachers and administrative staff.
• Manage day-to-day school administration and operations.
• Build a positive, safe, disciplined, and supportive school environment.
• Coordinate effectively with teachers, students, parents, management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor academic performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Encourage innovative teaching practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the overall development and growth of the school.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Education Professional.
• Retired Principal who wishes to remain actively engaged in education.
• Senior teacher or education professional with strong teaching and school-administration experience and readiness to take up a leadership role.
• Individuals who are passionate about education and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful social cause.
