• Get the target school list and start visiting — you have 3 weeks to confirm partnerships for our launch event
• Pitch into3's school partnership program to principals — explain the value proposition in Hindi, handle objections, get sign-ups
• Identify student ambassadors in each school who can drive peer adoption

month1:

• Confirm 10-20 school partnerships, collect team details, handle parent permission forms
• Deliver into3 branded materials to partner schools: posters, flyers, invitation cards
• Coordinate school logistics for the launch event: schedules, transport, on-day management
• Event day: Manage school check-in, team coordination, troubleshooting
• Post-event: Revisit every participating school to convert event partnerships into long-term platform adoption

• Expand school network across UP — new cities, new schools, same playbook
• Manage ongoing school relationships: monthly check-ins with principals, teacher feedback, usage support

• You live in Lucknow or will relocate immediately. This is not a visit once a week role — you need to be at schools daily.
• You're a relationship person, not a transaction person. Principals sign up because they trust you, not because you gave a great presentation.

mustHave:

• Based in Lucknow or willing to relocate immediately (non-negotiable)
• 1+ years in field sales, school outreach, or education BD — you've visited schools and navigated admin gatekeepers
• Fluent Hindi + professional English — school conversations in Hindi, documentation in English
