School HR Lead

Experience: 1 to 4 years in Human Resources.

Qualification:Graduate/ Post Graduate in HR or equivalent.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support HR Business Partnering (HRBP) activities, employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain and update HRMS, employee databases, personnel files, and HR reports.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory compliance in line with applicable labour laws and school policies.
• Manage joining formalities, background verification coordination, employee confirmations, exit interviews, and full and final settlement processes.
• Address employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with school leadership and department heads to address staffing requirements and employee-related matters.
• Support staff engagement, retention initiatives, and a positive, professional work environment.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR processes.
